At Toyland Treasures, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your unworn garments in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
